Refund
I specifically paid significantly more for an “Economy Flex” ticket because it was advertised as “Refundable”. Like most customers, I understood “refundable” to mean that my money could be returned to my original payment method if needed. I requested a refund almost immediately after purchase, the ticket was never used, and instead of receiving an actual refund, Airpaz issued a platform-only voucher. The most frustrating part is that during the booking flow the ticket was clearly promoted as “Refundable” and “Reschedulable” separately, which creates a completely reasonable expectation that: - “Reschedulable” refers to ticket changes or travel credit, - while “Refundable” refers to a monetary refund. The voucher-only condition was not sufficiently clear before payment, especially considering the refundable fare was much more expensive than the standard ticket. Customer support has also been extremely slow and difficult to reach. Very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend booking directly with airlines instead of through third-party platforms like Airpaz.
