You'll have to pay a hefty price to return
I bought a dress for my daughter and it didnt fit properly so we had to return it. Mind you, I was not charged a shipping fee to receive the dress because the cost qualified for free shipping. Upon return, however, they shorted my refund by $24.18. When I questioned them, they gave varying answers as to why they kept the monies. I tried to clarify, via email, as that is the only way to communicate with this company, but they contradicted their previous replies. I finally gave up. We will not buy here again.
