Patsy was extremely knowledgeable about many of the resorts that fit my vision and even visited the one I decided on and gave me even more feedback about it! She has been my saving grace communicating with guests during their booking process and removing me completely as the middle man (thank goodness!!) Her support is ongoing. Forever grateful for her
