Misleading claims and accountability… zero customer service
Reply- As of June 1, Beka has ignored my questions once again and I haven’t received any help from customer support even after sending new email as per their request below. I’ve cced customer team in emails sent to on Beka June 1 . I had already emailed on May 8 at email id you shared and later Beka informed me that customer support won’t respond. Why!??? EDIT - company commented that I should email them when I’ve been sending emails to them for weeks now with no resolution! Customer support is also marked as CC in my emails to risk manager but they still have the audacity to respond here asking to reach out to them for solution! Literally worse company ever! As of May 27, Risk manager responded once again with vague answer but still haven’t addressed the question ‘why she stated she had fully reviewed my claim when she didn’t know even basic details of my claim as per her emails! ‘. When reached out to support team they haven’t helped at all! This company only know how to harass customers by not helping Misleading claims and accountability failure. I raised a damage claim with StorageMart in Jan. It was always about structural defect a hole, lack of maintenance, the condition of the unit itself that led to infestation with leakage — not just pest activity. From the start, I clearly documented the structural defect and leakage in multiple emails. Despite this, I was repeatedly told by the assigned risk manager, Beka, that my claim had been “fully reviewed”. After months of delays, follow-ups, and repeated attempts to get answers, on May 8 Beka asked me: “Which hole are you referring to — is it the ventilation space?” That response alone completely contradicts the repeated claim that my file was “fully reviewed.” If the claim had genuinely been reviewed, the most basic and central issue — the large structural defect repeatedly mentioned since day one — would already have been understood. It is extremely concerning to be told for months that a claim has been fully reviewed while the person handling it still appears unaware of the core issue of the claim itself. This raises serious concerns about professionalism, accountability, and whether the claim was properly reviewed at all. It is extremely difficult to trust the credibility of a claims process when you don’t even know what is the claim about in the first place! She keeps referring rodent activity when clearly I kept mentioned what about defect but no answer! Leakage she gave vague reason too. Throughout this entire process, I had to constantly chase responses by repeatedly sending follow-up emails just to get any reply at all. After follow ups response would usually that completely avoided the actual questions being asked. Several times I was told my concerns had “already been addressed,” even though the specific questions remained unanswered. I repeatedly asked direct questions and Instead of receiving direct answers, repeatedly received vague or copy-pasted responses claiming my questions had already been answered when they were not! I also contacted customer support to escalate the issue, but the escalation process was completely ineffective. I was simply redirected back to the same risk manager I was already having issues with, with no review, and no actual assistance provided. It raises the question: what is the purpose of customer support or escalation if customers are just redirected back to the same unresolved situation with no help whatsoever? I literally asked supervisor what should I do if the risk manger won’t answer my emails! He literally told me he cannot do anything about it and it’s up to me to understand that “doors are closed.” Are you serious??? Supervisor himself didn’t bother to even look into this and on recorded line he told me if the person doesn’t respond I can’t even reach customer team and see if they can help resolve? What is support team for? When I asked if they can escalate he just hung up on me! I haven’t received response on below- * If my claim was “fully reviewed,” how were the structural concerns still not understood months later? * Why was no action taken after team advised the unit would be inspected? * Why are concerns regarding structural defects, leakage, and rent being ignore Overall, this experience has raised serious concerns about StorageMart’s communication standards, accountability, and company credibility. Customers are paying continuously increasing rent with the expectation that units are properly maintained and that serious concerns will at minimum receive clear communication and professional handling. That was not my experience at all. the entire process feels like a pattern of avoiding accountability, with repeated ignored emails, delays, and responses that prevent any real resolution.
