Worst internet speed and $30 fee to port out
False advertising on reliable speed. Switched to SIMBA for less than 30 days and already regret it. 5G is rarely available, and LTE speeds often feel like 3G. Connectivity on the MRT is especially poor, with frequent loss of signal underground. To make matters worse, I have to pay $30 just to port out to another telco. Cheap plans mean little when the network is this unreliable.
