Misleading service
CompAsia accepted my order for an iPhone 14 for my staff, but later informed me they cannot supply the agreed colour and only offered a different colour instead. I did not agree to any replacement as it is not the item I purchased. I requested a refund, but it was refused based on “company policy”, even though the original item cannot be fulfilled. They should know better because they're using Shopify to accept order, stock fitments should be no issues at all. This is a clear case of failure to deliver the agreed product specification and poor customer service from them. I have escalated the matter to authorities including PDRM for further investigation.
