I had a great experience working with The Knot’s design support team for my wedding stationery. I was on a very tight timeline and was initially worried about turnaround times, but Rachel from the Consumer Experience Design Specialist team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout the process. She quickly accommodated the design changes I requested, kept me updated on production timing, and even upgraded my shipping to help ensure everything would arrive in time for my wedding. Once the final changes were made, the proofs looked absolutely perfect. I really appreciated the prompt communication and willingness to help make a stressful situation feel manageable.
