Won't honor their 30 day return policy, incompatible products.
I purchased two AMS HT units and two AMS Hubs for my two P1S printers. Their website clearly says "AMS HT is compatible with all printers" and some one of the marketed features include drying filament and remote control over the AMS HT units via the app. However, once I tried using the AMS HTs with my printers I couldn't see a way to remotely control them. I reached out to support, they wasted a bunch of my time showing me screenshots of things that weren't there on my screen. Finally they realized that the P1S printer does NOT in fact support the AMS HT units remotely. Support confirmed you have to go to the printer physically and operate the unit. This defeats one of the key features that caused me to select these units over third party options. They claimed they intend to add support in the future to these older printers. This obviously means the compatibility claim was false. I looked at their return policy which clearly states "We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the items you ordered from Bambu Lab Web Store within 30 days of receiving them." Unfortunately their support rejected my request for a return saying "We’re sorry, but after carefully reviewing your order, it does not meet the conditions for a return and refund at this time."
