Buyer Beware - Product Received Did Not Match Advertisement
My order number and concerns were previously provided directly to Geeta Hair multiple times through extensive email correspondence regarding this matter. Throughout the process, I repeatedly requested a return/refund within the stated return window and received multiple changing responses regarding return eligibility and resolution options. As stated previously, the product photos advertised for the “kinky straight” wig did not accurately reflect the texture and appearance of the wig I received, which was a significant concern raised from the beginning of this dispute. The matter is currently being handled through my financial institution and BBB complaint process.
