A pack of awful, LYING THIEVES who will not deliver you glasses overnight, at all. And they can't make lenses that aren't scratched. Customer service is genuinely hateful, vindictive, and cruel. Disgusting company that lives on lies and low-quality products. EDIT: The con-artists in question respond below, saying, "Our goal is never to leave a customer without usable eyewear." If this is the case, which no reasonable person would believe, then why did you demand that I wait even longer for the third try, and have no working or even partially-working glasses for the duration? You took actions that were calculated to punish me for complaining by depriving me of functional glasses. This was your intention. It was not an accident. That was how you wanted it. Because you'd prefer to punish customers for what is the fault of the con-artists behind Overnight Glasses. They may "apologize," but they're really just denying everything you said and calling you a liar.
