Poor Customer Service
When ordering my closet, the sales person called and emailed all the time. Bordering on pushy. Then once we got our closet and realized there was an issue, it was impossible to talk to her. We were had another small issue, and I created a ticket with their customer support and I never heard back. The closet is fine, but they are over communicative when they are selling to you, and under communicative after. UPDATE: I called the phone number they provided in their response, and no one returned my calls! I left messages and texted them. I’m so confused.
