JBU Shoe Company did not stand by their product. I purchased a pair of shoes in October, 2025. In March, 2026 the sole separated from the shoe. The company claimed that the shoe was "out of warranty" and refused to refund or replace the shoe. I purchased the shoe for $75. I am extremely disappointed in the policies of JBU and think that they should stand by their inferior product.
