Awful Service
Did the 24 hour turnaround package. Had lots of issues trying to get the transaction to even go through. Met with someone the next morning, and he was incredibly rude during our entire meeting, barely spoke at all. Said he got everything he needed within 5 minutes. Then he wouldn’t tell me on the phone whether they were going to write a letter or not, which is understandable. But after that I had to wait way over the 24hr period I paid extra to get the response within. Then they deny it without any reason. They wouldn’t even tell me anything. After complaining to support they offered me to try it again with someone else, if I paid for it again. Absolute waste of time and money to talk to someone who didn’t care at all about me or what I was trying to say. Another note is that you can’t even speak to the therapist after they deny you at all, completely cuts you off. Terrible service, would not recommend to absolutely anyone.
