Order No.: 1036101522 My booking failed on Airpaz. Instead of refunding funds through the original payment channel, this platform arbitrarily converted my money into vouchers. I sent a lot of emails yet received no reply. Such practices illegally occupy personal funds and result in loss of time value of capital, seriously infringing legitimate consumer rights. I have sent numerous emails but never got any response. The platform management is chaotic, and my phone calls also failed to get effective handling. I reserve the right to take legal action.
