Lost €86 for nothing
Lost €86 for nothing. Terrible customer support. I bought a pair of pants, checked their size chart carefully and still they were bigger than expectation. 10cm difference is huge, I measured. Customer support is not very responsive, at first they suggested me to re-buy new ones and would offer me "factory price" (like €20 less). When I asked about returning option, they sent me long documentation which is mainly about dumping responsibilities to buyers (I will have to pay tariff, shipping fee, any additional costs..) It's frustrating to wait for their reply whenever you ask something.
