First they canceled my appt stating my calls were going to voicemail but no voicemail was left which would have allowed me to immediately call back. After my 30 minute appt discussing my trauma that I do not feel comfortable doing so already and informed I would know of approval or not after 48 hrs, I had to reach out a week and a half later to get my letter. Then I received an email of denial of ESA? I don’t know how my horrible trauma dumping didn’t qualify me. This whole situation took my time and made me incredibly uncomfortable.
