Shipping process seriously flawed
I placed an order for three bags of dog food on 5/15 and received notification that it shipped on 5/16. The shipper’s site says that expected delivery was 5/18 - today is 5/24 and I still haven’t received the package. If they can’t even deliver three pounds of dog food why would you use the shipper? I buy this food online because it’s cheaper than at my local boutique pet store, but it defeats the purpose when I run out and have to buy it locally anyway.
