Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Pet owners frequently share that their dogs truly enjoy the food and treats, frequently noting remarkable improvements in shiny coats, energy levels, and overall daily vitality. Consumers deeply appreciate the high quality ingredients and the convenient subscription options that make preparing nutritious meals remarkably easy and reliable. However, some customers also noted frustrating challenges with shipping delays, unreliable delivery services, and packages occasionally arriving at incorrect addresses. A few other people also felt that the food items are quite expensive, making it difficult to maintain exclusive feeding for larger dogs.

My 2 dogs love this food including the probiotics. Radiographs had been taken of Bear (11 years old) had noisy breathing and sometimes did long strong inhalations. The noisy breathing began to lessen on day 2 of this food. He still has long strong inhalations but the episodes don’t last as long. Bear is a black lab. Maizie (14 years old), a chihuahua/corgi/dachsund? mix has run at full speed for short bursts a couple of times which she had not done since early this year.

Sells itself!

Great product, sells itself. I first started using when a vet recommended for my dog with spinal fluid cancer 12yrs. Ago and my next dogs were starving rescues with digestive issues. So I just kept each one on it. It's so easy, no refrigeration, very easy to travel with. And they have all eaten it up like it's the best meal ever.

I don’t see a difference in anything since giving the food to my dog. It is too expensive and I will likely not continue for much longer.

One of my dogs loves the food

One of my dogs loves the food. My other dog started out liking it, but now will often not eat until he gets really hungry. He also is always licking his upper leg joints, close to his body. He is licking so much that they are drying out. We are thinking there is something in the mix that he is reacting to.

Hello James, my name is Kat. I am with Dr. Marty Pets. I am very sorry to hear that one of your pups is not enjoying our formula. Your pup may have a sensitivity to one of the ingredients. We recommend consulting with your vet to help narrow down a possible allergy. A full list of ingredients can be found on our website. As far as product

As far as product, I'm very impressed. Reese's code is very soft and it seems to Glow even if he's not outside. His energy is very vibrant and he's very alert as well. He's still a puppy. He's about 8 months now and he's been on it 4 months. Plus he loves. I also uses the Tilly treasures sometime as a topping on his food.

The food is fine they aprre ovprotien to fat contenterpriced

The food is fine they are overpriced. It takes too long for shipping. Then you get nailed with too many emails and text. I'm thinking about dropping Dr. MARTY. I do better with her kibble topped with a beef bone broth that I do in a crock pot. I received your reply to my review. Dr Marty in my opinion is a gimmick. The protein is at 38 percent and fat content is 33 percent, which is way more for a growing Great Dane pup. You could do damage to the growth and the health of the dog. You are more into profit than well being of puppy. So if you would like to continue this conversation, I will be more than happy to oblige. I stand by my words. I'm not trying to take this product down, just inform people.

Hello Joseph, my name is Kat. I am with Dr. Marty Pets. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We strive to keep our formulas as affordable as possible while using only the highest quality of ingredients to ensure the best food for your pet. When price reductions are possible, we are happy to pass those savings along to our customers. A great way to receive the lowest available price is to start a recurring order for our products. While most domestic orders are delivered within 2-7 business days, due to high demand and delays with carrier networks we have experienced delays in orders going out. Please rest assured knowing we are working hard to get orders out as fast as possible. If you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. My email is [email protected]. Have a nice day.

I am a veterinarian and I am extremely…

I am a veterinarian and I am extremely embarrassed by this food supposedly offered by a peer. I bought the freeze dried cat food. House Cats won’t touch it; even my barn cats that normally scarf any offering won’t eat it. Dogs who normally scarf anything with no GI issues, picked at it, then had diarrhea and poor appetite for 4-5 days. Free roaming chickens won’t even consider eating it. I would advise all to stay away from these products after my experience and again, I’m embarrassed that a fellow veterinarian would sell such a distasteful and probably unhealthy product.

My dog loves the food and treats

My dog loves the food and treats. I'm concerned about her dental care and I'm not convinced any chews will help with her teeth. I am told (by local vet) that kibble is better for their teeth, as it helps keep them clean. At this moment, I give my dog 1/3 your food and 2/3 kibble. She would eat only your food if I served it, but teeth are my concern, she's just 2. My dog is tiny and is only allowed a small amount. I think she enjoys the eating experience. I crush the food and add water. I could never afford to serve your food full time, it's very expensive. The so-called deals you send out are not deals, they bring the price to somewhat digestible. Too many emails!!!!! Please stop.

My dog is not eating the food now

My dog is not eating the food now. She did the first month but I now have 3 months of supply. I need to cancel for now.

Hello Nancy, my name is Kat. I am with Dr. Marty Pets. Some dogs may be skeptical of new smells and flavors in their food dish. They may need a little time to get used to it, which is why we recommend Dr. Marty's 10-day transition plan. Start with adding in 25% of the new food into your pup’s dish and slowly add more Nature's Blend as they get used to the taste and smell! Other pet owners in a similar situation have seen success with mixing in their pet's favorite treats and a little bit of chicken broth. All orders are backed by a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you ever find that our formula is not for you, it may be returned for a full refund. I would like to escalate your review to our Customer Relations Team so that an agent can provide you with personalized care and ensure your order is cancelled. Please email me at [email protected]. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Have a nice day.
