Changed phones
Changed phones, upgraded from Samsung 24 Ultra to Samsung 26 Ulltra. Simple upgrade. After the upgrade I needed to login to the Upside App to use it again. That was a nightmare. Next I sent an Email to tech support (there is no telephone number to talk with someone...not good). Tech support sent Emails with instructions on how to log back in. They never worked. So I was able to set up a new account. Then asked if we could transfer my Money earned to the new account. That part was easy. They helped (or a Bot helped) and everything is back and just using a new account.
