Exemplary service
Thankyou to Steven Hu, UME Travel, for the exemplary service provided in organising our tour to Japan in June 2026. I had understandable concerns when dealing with an online travel company—especially when a large amount of money is involved—and Steven managed my concerns beautifully. His was efficient, personable, and immediately responsive to my many queries, which built a level of trust that was absolutely justified. The tour was everything we hoped for. I will certainly recommend Steven and Ume Travel to my family friends who are planning to travel to Japan and Asia soon.
