I have to say this
I have to say this: I order my product on time with 2 days shipment option since I want to use the extensions on my wedding. The order did not arrived 8 days latter and I was leaving for my wedding. Apparently the package got lost on transit. I write to customer service and they were extremly responsive and send me inmidietly a new package wich arrived in less than 24 hours. Customer service was excellence. Also the quality of the extensions are AMAZING
