Warning to parents using LingoAce.
Warning to parents using LingoAce. I reported serious teacher-verification concerns to LingoAce and provided documentary evidence showing that teachers presented on the platform as native English teachers appear to be using false identity and qualification claims. The evidence I submitted strongly indicates that: * Passports and identity claims presented are not authentic * CELTA teaching certificates appear fraudulent * Claimed university degrees, including Master’s qualifications, appear fabricated * Teachers advertised as “native English teachers” may not actually meet those claims Based on the evidence provided, these teachers should not be marketed to parents as qualified native English teachers. Despite receiving this report and supporting documents, LingoAce continues allowing these teachers to teach children on the platform without visible action. Parents trust educational platforms to properly verify the identity, qualifications, native-speaker background, and teaching credentials of the people teaching their children. If serious credential concerns are ignored, parents deserve to know. I strongly advise parents to carefully question how platforms verify: * Native-speaker status * Academic degrees * Teaching certifications * Identity documents Children’s education and parent trust should never be built on unverified claims.
