I would not recommend purchasing from Driveway. After placing my order, I received written confirmation that my vehicle was secured. They collected my $500 deposit, and I proceeded to arrange financing and insurance for the car. A day or two later, they informed me that the vehicle had been sold to someone else with no explanation beyond "we didn't know it was sold." Taking a customer's deposit, confirming a vehicle is secured, and then selling it to someone else is completely unacceptable. I wasted days arranging financing and insurance for a car they had no intention of honoring. I'm now left without a vehicle and have to start the entire process over. Do not trust this company with your time or money.
