First order, Good experience, TL;DR at bottom
First time ordering. I was a bit skeptical but after some research I decided to bite the bullet and order a figure. I bought it a while ago, shortly after the preorders closed and much before its release so it took several months (I don't know what the normal waiting time is, but I made my order in November and I got it in May). I had Ella as my consultant and we communicated via emails. She was pretty responsive to my questions and it was nice having someone to turn to and to guide me throughout the whole process. She kept me updated on each step- order confirmation, shipping selection, and double checked with me my shipping info before sending it out. Only UPS was available for me so it was pretty fast. I had a very good experience with her. My experience overall was pretty smooth and my figure came in perfect condition (the box was well protected with lots of tape, 4 plastic corner guards and in my case 3 layers of boxes- the shipping box, the figure art box and a foam box with strips) and I am very happy with it. TL;DR: Good experience, long waiting, Ella was great, figure is perfect.
