Terrible customer service from Sunfere. You cannot even properly contact them. I have already sent 3 emails regarding my return, provided all the requested photos, tags, order number, and explanation, yet they either do not respond or send the same automated replies over and over again. The dress was completely different from expectations, but instead of helping the customer, they make the return process difficult and exhausting. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
