these guys know what they're doing!! I was very nervous as I've never had to recover a hard drive before and had so many important personal files. (it felt a bit like finding a good daycare for your child!) They not only had great customer service over the phone, but were also a delight in person. They recovered all of my data and even included the new drive as a part of their service! Great company, great service!
