Terrible service and worse customer…
Terrible service and worse customer service managers. 10!days after treatment I called saying I did not see much difference in my lawn compared to area I asked them not to treat where my fruit trees were and there were tons of weeds. They said they would send someone to do a free check and another treatment of fertilizer and weed. Took 3 calls and 3 weeks and they finally turn up. Did a fertilizer and grub control and charged me 2 payments. After calling they said it’s a screw up on their side. ( manager now says it was a planned treatment ) the person I talked to agreed and refunded the charge. But I said the weeds are a big problem. They said yes should have sprayed for weeds. They sent him back in 2 days for another treatment. Guy can and did a fertilizer and grub treatment. I called again and said what’s going on. Person I talked to agreed and said they would schedule weed. Later conversation with that previous mentioned manager claims there’s no problem with an extra treatment. I said it’s not good for the grass and did not want all that extra chemicals on my lawn. Talking to manager he insisted that there is no problem. Did not care that it took 9 calls and 3 hours of my life. Not willing to do anything to make up for it. There are tons of other lyes that happened. After first treatment they called to ask if I wanted seed and arreation. Claiming if I don’t do that the lawn will never look good. Save you the 10 other Lyes Use a family owned lawn service or do it yourself. Trugreen is not to be trusted.
