Faulty customer service contact sistem.
Sales and installation is amazing, the sistem works, the big problem comes when yearly maintenance is neede, starting with customer service. Firts, there's no web page to schedule an appointment, on the phone they say it is, but good luck finding it, second: if you get an appointment, they don't tell you when is going to be done, and last: for some strange reason they don't give you a receipt, even if you call back to ask for one, they will come up with many excuses and at the end you have nothing. At the end, maintenance service is done but you have to go trough much mental pain and felling ignored, plus they're automated customer service is horrible, either by phone or web site. I'll say as soon as some one answers the phone customer service is great.
