Absolute worst customer service—penalized for their system's mistake
I am incredibly frustrated with the completely rigid and unhelpful customer service from this company. When checking out, the system failed to honor a valid promo code in my cart, resulting in me being significantly overcharged. Within an hour of placing the order, I contacted customer support to see if they could retroactively apply the code. They flatly refused. Since they couldn't fix the price, I immediately asked them to cancel the order—which had not even shipped yet. Again, I was told they could not do that. Instead, their "solution" is to force me to wait for the product to arrive, initiate a return, and to top it all off, they are making me pay for the return shipping. It is completely unacceptable to force a customer to pay return fees for an unshipped order caused by a glitch on their own website. This is terrible, predatory customer service and a total lack of flexibility. I will not be buying from them again.
