Do not honor return policy
Charger was late showing up. Slow to ship. Had to scramble to find another solution. The return policy promised that they would a pay for return shipping if the item was late. Now trying to return is a nightmare. I explain that it was slow to ship and they still want me to pay for return shipping. After a back and forth they start talking about the battery that did arrive on time. Its infuriating. I was never trying to return the battery. I only wanted to return the late charger. Anyway they win because its better to be out 20 bucks in shipping than out the whole cost of a charger I don’t need because it was late.
