Very helpful tech support
I had an issue where my laser was not firing, and after exhausting the troubleshooting guides and what I could find on-line without resolve. I had to reach out to tech support. They responded quickly with a very thorough walk-thru guide which was able to pinpoint my probelm. It turned out to be a relatively simple fix in the end.
