Ultimately resolved, but an incredibly stressful and complicated return process Buying from XiaoR GEEK through RobotShop was fine, but the return process was a disaster. I was directed to mail the item back to China, where it sat in customs for weeks. The vendor expected me to navigate international customs fees using an unsecure EMS website and WeChat. It took over two months, intervention from RobotShop support, and an immense amount of personal follow-up to get this resolved. The vendor eventually admitted they gave me the wrong warehouse address (it should have gone to a US location) and that an internal employee departure caused them to drop the ball. To their credit, their management team eventually stepped in, apologized sincerely, and issued a full refund without deducting any additional shipping or customs penalties. This excludes, however, the USPS cost of $120 to initially ship the item to China. They made it right in the end, but the hoops you have to jump through as an international buyer are not worth the stress.
