Extremely disappointed with Nike
Extremely disappointed with Nike customer support and delivery handling. My order is now more than one week late with no meaningful tracking updates or delivery information. I contacted support 3 times, and I was told the case would be escalated. Several days later, I still received no update, no resolution, and no clear explanation about where the package is. At this point, the order appears lost, yet customer support has been unable to provide either a replacement, a refund, or even accurate information. Very frustrating experience for such a large company.
