An awful experience
An awful experience. They dragged the process out for weeks. They kept needing additional information, would go dark and were non-responsive. A major holdup was that a CarFax report differed from the car's actual mileage by 15 miles (the car had the lower mileage). Even after that was corrected, they said it would still be 7-10 business days. They also changed the quote 2 times. Very shady and unprofessional! Stay away! I filled out the necessary information on Carvana late afternoon on a Wednesday and they picked the car up on Friday afternoon. They would have picked it up on Thursday but that didn't work for me.
