Superb Customer Service
Product is great. Customer Service is superb. The desk riser was delivered damaged as it looks like it got damaged in transit (box also has visible damage). Contacted Customer support and they were fast with responses and sending a replacement over. We didn't even have to return the damaged item back which i think is great not having to lug the heavy item back to Fedex or UPS store. I will always support companies with great customer service.
