Amazing Customer Service
I had an issue this time renewing both my phones subscription. I contacted customer service and got a response quickly. My contact, Patsy, was great and trying to resolve the issue. Once it was determined that she was unable to fix things at their end, she decided to send me 2 new phones at no cost. Her level of communication and helpfulness was "second to none".
