My problem was not even remotely resolved. I was in the middle of trying to receive a partial refund or credit because I was not credited for a 30% discount on a $500 purchase. And apparently now my entire request is over because I'm getting a survey and absolutely nothing was solved. I spend thousands of dollars a year and am extremely disappointed
