ALL ABOUT THE MONEY
As a trainer in this program, I am so disappointed with the overall operation of this company compared to the original company, Health Communications. This company is nickel and diming us for every single cent, which makes us have to over-charge the consumers. We have to pay for Session Registrations now. Training books have more than doubled. Meaning our training prices have to double and companies are not paying these prices. Major companies are now listing ServSafe Alcohol Awareness Training as their preferred company because they cannot afford this platform. They are literally allowing people to purchase online certifications in STATES that do not allow online certifications. Awful job by operations and management. Clearly a money grab.
