Great customer service
Great customer after having difficulty with the answering service. Called twice and was disconnected. The 3rd time received a call back and and was disconnected again. Fortunately I tried again and spoke with Devonte who exhibited great customer service and patience resolving my issue (charge for an unrequested automatic refill). Having worked at 5 star hotels in Beverly Hills, I appreciate Devonte's 5 star customer service skills.
