Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! Especially the staff member named Betrix. She could not understand simple English and even hung up on my call. If you are unhappy working at Airpaz, then just quit. My flight was cancelled by the airline one month ago, and I submitted a request to reschedule it. However, after almost one month, the status in Airpaz is still showing “Under Process”. What exactly is Airpaz doing? At this point, I still do not even know the date of my return flight. PLEASE DO NOT USE AIRPAZ TO BOOK FLIGHTS!
