"Pace Morby and the SubTo community…
"Pace Morby and the SubTo community have been nothing short of a blessing in my life. Two months ago, I was at one of my lowest points — I had just lost my job and had no idea what direction to take. Joining SubTo was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I came in with absolutely zero background in real estate, but Pace has a gift for breaking down complex concepts and making them so simple and digestible that the only way to fail is to do nothing at all. When I attended the Co-living Challenge at his office, I left with more knowledge and confidence than I ever expected to gain in just one week. What truly sets this community apart is the people. The energy is electric, the leaders are accessible, and everyone genuinely wants to see you win. Questions get answered before you even finish asking them. There's no ego — just an incredible group of people all pushing each other to reach the next level. If you're on the fence about joining, don't wait. This community doesn't just teach you real estate — it transforms how you think, how you act, and what you believe is possible for your life."
