I was extremely disappointed
I was extremely disappointed with my experience using 360training for my real estate coursework. The platform was not user-friendly, and several important limitations were not clearly communicated before purchase. One major issue is that the courses appear to be time-locked, limiting how long you can actively work each day. For students trying to complete coursework efficiently, this becomes incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the platform does not allow you to easily reference materials while taking notes or opening links. Any time I attempted to open a note feature or reference material, the course itself would not remain open simultaneously, making studying and reviewing information unnecessarily difficult. The course layout is also very restrictive. You cannot freely navigate between sections or jump around to review topics without fully completing each section in order. There is no clear course overview or easy way to revisit material, which made the learning experience feel disorganized and difficult to follow. Another major drawback is the complete lack of audio, narration, or video instruction. If you are someone who learns best through visual explanations, guided instruction, or having information read aloud, this is likely not the right course for you. The program relies heavily on large blocks of text with minimal engagement or interactive teaching support. Most disappointing was the quality of the content itself. Much of the information felt generic, overly repetitive, and similar to copied material from public online sources rather than thoughtfully designed educational instruction. As someone who benefits from audio-supported and interactive learning, the course lacked accessibility and effective teaching tools. Overall, the platform felt outdated, inflexible, and not designed with different learning styles in mind. I would strongly encourage prospective students to thoroughly research the course structure, accessibility features, and platform limitations before purchasing. It not only took me days to even find the correct course in the program (due to poor layout and descriptions), but when I reached out to customer service, it took them weeks to respond.
