I bought a laser level as a birthday gift and upon arrival the horizontal light beam wasbt functional. I reached out to the team at roughly 8pm on a Sunday night and they immediately got back to me and sent a replacement, simply asking for a video showing the issue which is more than fair. Within 4 days I had a replacement in hand and it works beautifully, I've never had an easier experience with a company and will be recommending this brand to anyone I know who's in the market for a level built by a customer first company 😁😁😁
