The 360 laser with the remote is amazing! This company has gone above and beyond for me. Sent out a new tripod after I broke mine on the first job! Customer service was excellent and very helpful! Highly recommend Huepar!

I purchased the Huepar W040CG
I purchased the Huepar W040CG Laser level and accessories kit. During use in the middle of my bathroom renovation, I experienced the High quality performance of this product, but I some how ended up in a state where it would no longer auto level. Contacted Heupar support team and within a few hours received feedback on how to reset the auto leveling system from Carina Xu from the Huepar Support Team. Quick resolution to my issue. Recommend they put the 5 second process on how to reset it on their users guide and online. Thank you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My Huepar LS04CG was accidentally dropped from about 2.8 meters and stopped working. Although accidental damage is not covered by the warranty, Huepar offered me an excellent goodwill solution. For only €10 shipping, they sent me a replacement ZK04CG from their European warehouse. The device arrived quickly and was in perfect, like-new condition, with everything still sealed. The customer service was friendly, fast, and very professional throughout the entire process. I am very impressed with the support and will definitely recommend Huepar to others. Thank you!

I had issues with my original unit
I had issues with my original unit . I reported the problem to the Huepar team and they immediately sent a replacement unit which works great . The response to my first issue was first rate and very satisfactory. Amazing customer support 👏 I have used the laser a couple of times and it seems very accurate. Overall very pleased with the service 5star 😃
ZERO RESPONSE FROM HUEPAR REGARDING ISSUE

Maximum negative customer experience
Maximum negative customer experience. Baught a 4x360degree laserliner via Manomano at Huepar Germany shop. Received the laser after short time. Firstly looked like a good part. Whilst testing discovered a week brightness left an right of the part in internal rooms. Contacted Huepar to send it back. No anserr after several tries… Having Paypal involved they asked to send foto, video. Answer: problem due to daylight! Again explanation of the problem. Now asked for fotos of box and transportation bag!? 3 werks later they agreed to take it back, but without paying transport cost back. Again Paypal involved. Decision: huepar has to pay back 100%. After 6 weeks and 12 emails!

My experience with huepar customer service team and especially Carina Xu was nothing short of fantastic. My bracket had broke on my laser level and I received a replacement laser in little to no time, communication was easy and quick. I can only praise the service

Reviewing the Huepar GF360R and Huepar CS
Reviewing both the Huepar GF360R and also their customer service. I picked up the GF360R in 2019 to replace a different brand with less features and the GF360R has truly become the go-to laser level for all things, from hanging pictures to amateur construction projects. I am astounded at how much easier to set things up with the Huepar GF360R. It also has lasted quite a long time, far outlasting the previous brand. It is well built and easy to use. Re: customer service, I've had it long enough that my vision has changed and has become hard for me to read the provided manual. I contacted Customer Service earlier today and they responded within hours with a PDF, which I can now enlarge at will. Overall the experience with Huepar has been excellent. The GF360R has been going strong for 7 years, I don't know if I need another one with its longevity but if I do, I will definitely get Huepar again.
