The support team replied quickly, guided me through a few troubleshooting steps, and after I sent a video and the serial number, they immediately arranged a replacement. Great laser
Great laser, initially got one that is not 360 but later decided with the 903CG and loved it so far. Great build quality. Also great customer service. Will definitely recommend and buy from them again.

Company stands behind product
My Huepar 360 self leveling laser stopped working. It was still under warranty. I contacted customer support. After some back and forth, the company shipped me a new laser to replace the one that stopped working. Customer support was friendly and cooperative. It's nice to see a company stand behind its product.

Well. This is pretty simple, this company conducts itself the way we wished all companies did. They make good products, I had a problem and I reached out. They responded quickly, with kindness, and helpful solutions. Above and beyond what I expected. Professional with personal touch. The client service representative made me feel heard and I appreciated the entire process. Huepar is a great business, quality products with even better support.
Huepar’s customer service is excellent
Huepar’s customer service is excellent. I purchased this laser level a little over a year ago and had only used it once since. When I pulled it out of the case to use it again last week, I discovered it was malfunctioning … even after trying new batteries. Not expecting much luck, as it was recently out of the one-year warranty period, I reached out to Huepar customer service regarding the issue. To my surprise, I was contacted by Huepar’s customer service the next day, and the following day I was offered a replacement. The replacement was shipped and received within a few days. Every once in a while you come across a product that is affordable and effective. But it’s becoming more difficult to find a company that backs its products and provides excellent customer service. Huepar scored an A+ on this one.

I got a huepar laser in March and in…
I got a huepar laser in March and in June I have had an issue with it.i contacted the customer services for advice on my repair…after a few emails between me and them they decided to give me a replacement only problem is model isn’t in stock so they have offered and sent me out a new level but the upgraded version….this all in less than a week great laser levels and best customer services I have ever deal with

I want to give high reccomemendations…
I want to give high reccomemendations to Huepar! A few months ago I purchased one of their pro levels and when I received it I noticed there was a loose part inside. I decided to see if I could get it repaired under warranty. After a couple emails, even some helpful repair videos were sent, I didn't feel confident enough to attempt the repairs myself on a precision instrument. So Huepar sent me a brand new replacement level! Customer service was incredible, and I tell all my fellow contractors about Huepar levels.. Because I have not found anything better. Thanks, Daniel.
