Even though my package arrived damaged due to transport, Huepar's customer service handled it perfectly. The support team responded quickly, thought along with my situation, and immediately offered great solutions—including a partial refund while keeping the 5-year warranty, or a direct replacement. I bought a laser level as a birthday gift
I bought a laser level as a birthday gift and upon arrival the horizontal light beam wasbt functional. I reached out to the team at roughly 8pm on a Sunday night and they immediately got back to me and sent a replacement, simply asking for a video showing the issue which is more than fair. Within 4 days I had a replacement in hand and it works beautifully, I've never had an easier experience with a company and will be recommending this brand to anyone I know who's in the market for a level built by a customer first company 😁😁😁

Best customer service I have ever experienced
Had an issue with a laser purchased on Amazon well after the warranty period. I contacted the company explaining the issue (first email). I was asked to send a video showing the problem and to include my purchase details and shipping address. I made the video, added my information and sent it (second email). Received a response that a new laser was shipped out to me. So 2 emails in under 2 hours and I have a new unit being shipped out to me. I have never experienced this level of service from any company before, well done Huepar. Strongly recommend Huepar.

Great Customer Service!!
First of all I heard of this product from a local contractor that was using it and was comparing it to some of the other leading brands. I thought there's no way and then I went to their website and looked it over and sure enough it looked like a nice quality product. During the ordering process I had a concern and not only did they (Customer Support Team Member Kylin Lee) respond immediately but they were able to address and remedy my concern. I definitely encourage anyone looking for high quality lasers to look these guys up!
