Huepar customer service is extremely helpful. When you ask any question they immediately focussing to help you. I have 3 laser from Huepar. First one is 6 years old. How many accidents, drops and still working perfectly. Thanks again Huepar customer services.
The customer support is really great! I had the laser level drop into the pool (fully submerged), the laser survived the drop and only took minor water inside the case. When trying to dry it ASAP I accidentally stripped button ribbon cable. The support was able to provide me a new part really fast. Overall impression 10/10!
When I originally bought the laser I was a bit skeptical on the quality/warranty. But the laser was absolutely awesome for well over a year of daily use, unfortunately we did have an issue with one of the beams not being plumb. The best part about it so far has been the warranty, all I had to do was take a video proving the laser didnt meet their tolerances and they replaced it without any problem. 10/10 would recommend this companies products to anyone that needs a high quality laser for construction!

I’ve been buying huepar lasers for like 8 years now and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I have bought 7 and for the price they can’t be beat. Warranty and customer service are great! I started having a battery connection issue with 2 of the B03cg models after about 9 months, reached out and Carina from customer service got back to me and was able to help figure out the problem and get it resolved for me very quickly. The 703cg is my favourite, stronger magnet, the external battery’s last just as long as they say if not longer and the knob for minor adjustments is fantastic. Will definitely be a return customer for life.
I bought a laser level from them and it arrived today. I was really excited as this level has really good reviews online. And, I'm extremly dissapointed! FIrst of all this is a sensitive piece if equipment and having loose items in the case is a huge red flag. Second , is the packaging it came in was only the factory box , which was opened anyhow. The sender didnt even bother to put it into cardboard boxes , let alone secure it with something like bubble wrap, foam or tape . Given that this would have been flying around a delivery van and sorting centres , theres no way i can trust this device to be true or reliable. Also , i think the product was previously used as some items have sings of wear on them ( looks like these have been thrown around). Quality wise, it's bland, kind of tacky and feels cheap . Also, I switched it on and there are visible " glow" lines around the laser. I'm going to try to return this and see if its free post. Do yourself a favour and buy a Dewalt or Bosch, or anything else .

Unexpectedly amazing support - had some issue with the delivery because filled in wrong zip code and they reacted in a few hours sending DPD a request and everything was delivered next day. Very fast, and really on point. Product itself also no complains - works as expected.
Huepar did a great job supporting me when the laser level's battery stopped working. They asked for a quick video demonstrating the issue, proof of purchase and they promptly replaced the device for me.
Customer service was responsive to a warranty claim. Resolved the issue quickly.

Had one of their laser levels stop working randomly after literally it's third usage after 8 months of ownership. They claim 2 years warranty and resolution within 48 hours for defects and it's now been 5 business days without a resolution and they've gone radio silent
