I purchased a W04CG unit in December of 2025. I like the product and its features. It is easy to use and comes with nice accessories. I had a setting that was wrong and it seemed to malfunction. The customer service was very responsive and solved my issue right away. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and support.

For me, the thing that makes me really appreciate a large company is the customer service and communication and HUEPAR excels in both departments. I had a small issue develop with my S03CG laser level and it was still within the 2 year warranty so I got in touch with HUEPAR customer support to talk about options and Carina Xu responded fantastically, after a bit of back and fore in emails and I have been sent out a brand new level and it’s been upgraded for free to the S04 model. Faultless interaction, brilliant response and restores my faith in tool manufacturers.
I ordered a Huepar earlier for DIY because the cheap laser level just did not hold level. I have more features and ease using Huepar. I recently had an issue with Huepar and discussed this with customet service, their responses were prompt and resolution fixed my issue. I cannot recommend this organisation and its products enough.
From contacting Huepar to resolving the issue was such a breeze. Simple questions and answers which made the process brilliant. Resolved the issue by sending me a brand new Lazer, which I’m over the moon with. Brilliant

I purchased a Huepar laser level for a deck construction project a few years ago, and recently on a current project the unit got bumped loose from a metal post it was magnetically attached to, and the horizontal beam stopped working. I contacted Huepar, and even though my unit was out of warranty by three years, they were able to offer a generous discount on a newer model. Their customer service person was very responsive and very helpful. The newer model now comes with a five year warranty.

The laser came with a defect, impossible to charge the battery and when using external batteries it would last for one hour and half maximum. I sent an email to huepar. They came back to me the same day, asked for some details. Next day a new product was sent. Efficient team.
The Huepar ZK04CG laser is every bit as good as any other brand name laser I have used! On top of the exceptional quality, the the company stands behind their product and warranty. They have excellent customer service! I had a mishap with my laser and the company took very good care of me and actually sent me out a replacement. They stand behind their warranties! I will continue to recommend these to all of my contractor friends.
Excellent customer service! I purchased a Huepar laser level about six months ago, and it recently stopped turning on. I contacted Huepar, and they responded quickly and are sending me a replacement. I’m very impressed with how they handled the situation and stood behind their product. I would definitely recommend Huepar and would purchase from them again.
