Great Customer Service!
I purchased a Huepar laser level for a deck construction project a few years ago, and recently on a current project the unit got bumped loose from a metal post it was magnetically attached to, and the horizontal beam stopped working. I contacted Huepar, and even though my unit was out of warranty by three years, they were able to offer a generous discount on a newer model. Their customer service person was very responsive and very helpful. The newer model now comes with a five year warranty.
