JD provided great customer service
I was gifted a frame a few years ago, and we watch it nearly every day. Recently, I went to add more photos and discovered that my access had been cut off. I'm not sure what happened, but I reached out to customer service for assistance, and JD was quick to respond and found a solution for my problem.
